All Returns must have Prior Authorization. We will accept returns on merchandise up to two weeks of receipt of merchandise. This would include defective items or customer dissatisfaction.
Please check your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is a problem. If we have misspelled a name, we will certainly replace at no charge to you. However, if the name was misspelled on your order as we printed it out, there is no refund or returns. In the event merchandise needs to be exchanged or returned, please request authorization within 14 days of the delivery date by emailing email@example.com
Your email should include your order number and item being returned. We will email you within 24 hours of receipt of your request. Again, All returns must have Prior Authorization.
We will issue a full credit (minus shipping charges) on merchandise returned in its original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We reserve the right to deem merchandise as unacceptable for return if found to be used, damaged, or mishandled.
For your protection, you should send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS.
